About the event
Join the WREIA as we JV with you to help you learn while you earn. This 5-week course will cover lead generation, vetting leads, running numbers, negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and finding buyers for your deals. We will be actively working deals with you during this 5 week period so that you each student gains hands-on experience.
All students will have access to WREIA private capital in order to secure and successfully complete each deal.
Seating is limited as the mission is to provide individualized training for each group.
